How TPOP SPACE uses cookies

TPOP SPACE is the data controller under the Thailand Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA). This page explains what cookies and browser-storage technologies we use, why, and how you can control them.

What are cookies

Cookies are small text files a website asks your browser to store so it can recognise you on a later visit. We also use similar browser-side storage like localStorage (e.g. for your language preference). Throughout this page "cookie" covers both.

Strictly necessary cookies

These keep the site running. Under PDPA they do not require consent because turning them off would break the service. Examples: your login session, the band the back-office is currently scoped to, and the record of your cookie-preference choice itself.

Analytics cookies

We track aggregate page views to know which pages people use. We do NOT store IP addresses, User-Agent strings, or any session identifier — the row written to our DB contains only (date, path, count). The beacon does not fire at all until you opt in via the consent banner.

Advertising / marketing cookies

TPOP SPACE does NOT use cookies for advertising, marketing, or cross-site tracking. We are a fan-operated site with no ads and no data sales to third parties.

Your rights under PDPA

You have the right to access, correct, delete, or withdraw consent to the processing of your personal data. You can change cookie preferences via the "Cookie settings" button at any time, or clear all stored data by clearing your browser cookies. Changes do not affect lawful processing that already happened before the change.

Policy changes

If we add or change cookie categories in future, we bump the policy version number. The consent banner re-appears automatically so you can re-decide with the updated information in hand.
